On The Fly Moving Guys Founder’s Story
On The Fly Moving Guys was born from a chance experience in 2017 when Joseph, a community college student, started taking on odd jobs. After helping with a few moving projects, he realized he enjoyed the work and brought his childhood friend on board. What began as small, local moving jobs quickly turned into a thriving business.
Today, thousands of moves later, Joseph’s passion for the industry remains, along with a deep connection to the Richmond community. With a commitment to delivering straightforward, energetic service, Joseph and his team continue to serve and uplift the area they know and love.
On The Fly Moving Guys has grown to be one of the best moving companies in Richmond and has completed over 6,000 moves. Our fully background-checked team is proud of our 1% claim rate and hiring rate of about 1%. We offer a wide range of moving services and can handle anything from office moving, to long distance moving, to junk removal.
